  • Refunds for packages with tracking numbers will be issued if they remain unopened, undamaged, and marked as ‘returned to sender.’
  • If you are in Canada, your order originates from Vancouver, British Columbia, and is expected to arrive within 3 to 7 days.
  • For other destinations, orders are dispatched from Los Angeles, California, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 days.

International Shipping Information:

  • If you plan to send items beyond the borders of Canada, the United States, or US Territories, it will be considered an international delivery. To proceed with such orders, a minimum expenditure of $200 or purchasing at least 20 seeds is required.
  • You are responsible for covering any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges associated with international shipments. We employ discreet shipping methods, so providing accurate email addresses and phone numbers specific to your respective country is crucial when placing an order.
  • Please note that if you purchase from outside the United States, we cannot process exchanges or refunds for your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an 80% germination rate for seeds shipped internationally.
  • While we cannot provide an exact delivery date, we will supply you with a USPS tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Please note that money orders and mail transfers should be payable to Vancoast Seeds. If you include ‘Seeds’ in the memo, we will hold the shipment until we receive further instructions.
  • E-transfer is a valid payment method for orders within Canada, and we also accept electronic MoneyGram payments.
  • It’s important to be aware that we will need to verify your identity for deliveries and purchases exceeding USD/CAD 420. Transactions exceeding this amount cannot be reversed.
  • Discount coupons cannot be combined with ongoing deals or promotions. 
  • When placing a new order using cash as your payment method, you can only apply seed credits or coupons from previous purchases. If you wish to apply credits, discounts, or payments to your current order, kindly request assistance from one of our representatives.

Delivery and Shipment Issues

  • Since all sales are considered final, we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds or exchanges. We also do not offer compensation for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping process.
  • For orders totaling less than $200, there is a standard delivery fee of $20. 
  • Orders within the United States are shipped from Los Angeles, California, and are sent to customers in all 50 states and U.S. territories via USPS Priority Tracking. 
  • For our Canadian customers, domestic orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, using Canada Post. 
  • The expected delivery time for packages typically ranges from 3 to 7 days after shipping, although it may be subject to changes in the postal carrier’s delivery schedule.
  • Once an item leaves our warehouse, the recipient or customer should contact their local mail carrier to initiate a claim for any delays or issues. Below, you will find some links to tools that can assist in filing claims:
  • A Postal Service claim number is required to facilitate the resending of packages reported as stolen or lost during delivery. 
  • Also, parcels with a confirmed “Delivered” status will require a Postal Service claim number for reshipment. Please include updated address information or proof of delivery confirmation with the new shipment.

Germination Guarantee

  • We can guarantee a germination rate exceeding 80% when you diligently follow our recommended method, which is provided with each order.
  • After the taproot has developed, it’s essential to plant the seed in regular potting soil to ensure its survival. 
    • NO nutrients or NO fertilizers
  • Once the seeds have taken root in the soil, their growth and outcome depend on the care you provide as the cultivator.
  • Please be aware that once you purchase our seeds, returns or exchanges are not possible. Therefore, it’s crucial to commit to your decision.
  • Vancoast Seeds cannot control how the plants respond to their environment, and as a result, we are not liable for their growth.
  • We stand by an 80% germination rate for seeds in any package if our germination instructions are accurately followed.
  • It’s essential to note that we will only replace the seeds if you use bottled spring water for germination, and the germination rate falls below 80%. Tap water, RO water, distilled water, well water, etc., are not suitable for this purpose.
  • We cannot guarantee seed growth if the seeds are placed in a bag, covered, or subjected to a seed heating mat during germination.
  • For assistance related to your order, we can provide one product replacement per order.
  • You may claim the germination guarantee within two years of purchasing the seeds if they are stored correctly and the recommended germination method is followed.
